At McARTHUR Retail Development Specialists, his focus is on client relationships, project management, along with contributing as a retail development specialist in areas of field market research, design review, property audit, leasing & marketing strategy, case studies analysis, mall SOPs, retail leasing & branding.

He has actively managed retail advisory and leasing assignments for diverse retail assets including master plan developments, regional malls, lifestyle destinations, mixed use developments, community centres, hotel & casino retail in many countries including UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Jordan, Kenya, Morocco, and the Philippines.

Hitesh assists the Chairman in all areas of the business including client servicing, administration, marketing, day-to-day operations, and delivery of customised retail advisory reports for McARTHUR’s clients.
