He has personally completed 425+ lease transactions, spearheaded major asset enhancement initiatives such as the US $100 million redevelopment of BurJuman Mall (Dubai) and actively leased projects that includes Festival City (Dubai & Doha), Festival Plaza (Dubai), Reem Mall (Abu Dhabi), Rahmania Mall (Sharjah) & Oasis Malls Portfolio (UAE-KSA-Bahrain & Oman).
