Chetan is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years’ experience in financial feasibilities and operations finance of large organizations, including multi-asset real estate businesses and retail. He has extensive experience within diverse industries including retail, consulting, shopping centre development and property management. He is adept at reviewing existing systems and processes, identifying opportunities to enhance accuracy and overall efficiency, as well as maintaining adherence within regulatory guidelines.

He has led the finance function of major retail mixed-use developments such as Kuwait’s leading retail developer, Tamdeen and franchised retail groups like Al Ghurair Retail. At McARTHUR, he is involved in producing comprehensive business plans for real estate projects for retail and mixed-use developments, of both greenfield and refurbishment of existing assets.
