Phil’s leadership role at McARTHUR Retail Development Specialists is to work with an extensive team of experts to help retail developers plan and execute new projects as well as assist mall owners to improve investment performance of under- achieving assets.

Phil is the Past President of the Middle East Council of Shopping Centres and was the first Trustee from the Middle East for the New York based, International Council of Shopping Centers.
