Shavak has been active in retail real estate for the past 27 years and is the Managing Director of Sq. Ft. Consulting, a Dubai based advisory firm. He has provided valuable and experienced advice to a number of leading retail developers including Mumbai based InOrbit Shopping Centres and Tamdeen Shopping Centres of Kuwait.

In addition to assisting retail developers, Shavak also has great experience in retailing and retail operations and he is currently managing business development activity in the Middle East and Asia for the Portuguese men’s fashion brand, Sacoor Brothers.
