The client intends to develop a modern mixed land use urban centre that includes retail, F&B, fashion and lifestyle anchors, a family entertainment centre, multi-screen cinema, hypermarket, and a Medical Clinic. It will also include a 4-Star Hotel and Serviced Apartments.The land is in Al Areen master plan east of Abha.

The concept is based on the outdoor experience of boutique retail, street F&B and streetshopping; meanwhile working as an entertainment & culture centre that will have courtyards, plazas & terraces, and central events space.
